How we work

A short pilot first, then a system you can run without us.

We keep the first step small, fixed in price and measurable. Everything after it is decided from what the pilot shows.

Process

Four stages, each with something you can inspect.

  1. Assess

A review of your data, tools and team. You get a ranked list of use cases and a pilot plan.

    Fixed price

  2. Pilot

A working demo on your data and an evaluation set of real questions, so you can judge it yourself.

    Two weeks, fixed price

  3. Build

We turn the pilot into a production system with tests, logging, access control and monitoring.

Fixed scope, agreed after the pilot

  4. Hand over

You receive the code, the evaluation set and a runbook. Support continues if you want it.

    You own the result

Engagement models

Pick the shape that fits the risk.

Fixed-price pilot

Two weeks, one use case, one working demo. The lowest-risk way to find out whether an idea holds up on your data.

Fixed-scope project

A defined system with an agreed scope and price, built after a pilot has shown what is realistic.

Embedded team

Engineers who join your team on a continuing basis, for products that need steady AI and software work.

Your time zone

Our hours overlap with yours, wherever you are.

We work remotely, so we shift our day to share working hours with yours. Calls happen in that overlap, and everything else is in writing, so nothing waits on a meeting. The hours outside it work for you too: hand over at the end of your day and find the next step done by morning.

  • Shared working hours with your team, set around your time zone
  • Calls and reviews scheduled inside that overlap
  • Feedback you send tonight is worked on before you wake up
  • Written updates you can read whenever your day starts

Communication

You always know where things stand.

Plain English, in writing, with the numbers.

  • A per-sprint demo of working software, not slides
  • A shared channel with your team
  • A short written update every week: what changed, what is next, what is blocked
  • A decision log, so nothing is agreed only on a call

Start with a call.

Tell us what you are working on. We will say whether a pilot makes sense and what it would involve.
